SHIPPING POLICY
Our designs are shipped from Brisbane, Queensland within 24-48hrs from purchase. If you require a rush order, please email us and we will ensure to ship as fast as we can.
We use Australia Post and standard shipping timeframe is 3-8 business days.
Express shipping from Australia post is also available at checkout with a shipping timeframe of 2-3 days.
Please double check your shipping address at time of order, we are not able to re-send orders due to incorrect addressing.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As an Australian small business, we follow the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) guidelines at https://www.accc.gov.au/. If for some reason you'd like to exchange any item purchased with us, we offer a 30 day exchange period, provided they are returned in perfect condition. Postage is to be at the customers expense. Change of mind returns are also accepted with postage at customers expense.
In the event that an item has a fault or is damaged in transit, please email us detailing the issue along with photos attached within 24hrs of receipt of the item. All claims for major faults are assessed on an individual basis, and the outcome of a refund is at Velo Bridal's discretion.
