What is Velo Bridal?Velo Bridal is an Australian owned and operated store front for bridal accessories, operated out of Brisbane. We stock all kinds of bridal products for brides on their special day.

Where are you located, can I try your veils on?Yes! Our showroom is located in Griffin, Brisbane. Visits are by appointment only and can be made through emailing us at velobridal@gmail.com or through our social pages. We do recommend if you have your dress, colour swatch or offcuts of your dress to bring it with you, as we do have multiple colours of each style veil.

I have a question about my current order. What should I do?Please contact us via our contact form or email us with the order # and/or date you ordered and your name. As we are a very small business, we may take a few days to reply.

Do you offer exchanges?We offer a 30 day exchange period on veils, provided they are returned in perfect condition. Postage is to be at the customers expense.

An item I'm looking at is out of stock, when will you receive stock?All our product stock levels are up to date on our site and will be available for shipment next business day. If you are looking to find out when you are welcome to email us or contact us on our social pages to find out an ETA.

I'm not sure what veil suits your dressNeed help choosing a piece? Our stylists are more then happy to help find your perfect piece, email us or contact us on our social with your ideas and pictures and we will make recommendations.

What is your shipping policy?All our orders are sent locally from Brisbane via Australia Post in a tracked Parcel Post satchel. Your order will be shipped the next business day (Monday to Friday) of purchasing. Australia Post is delivering as quickly and safely as they can, but some items can take longer than usual. Express shipping is also available at checkout and for most areas will be delivered within 1+ business day (this may vary depending on location i.e. WA) Please note Express Shipping will still be shipped the next business day, please contact us if you require same day shipping and we will do our best to accommodate. If your order requires to arrive on a certain date, we suggest an express service option, as we cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery from Australia post. We have no control over the delivery times. Orders over $150 receive free tracked standard shipping. A shipping confirmation email will be sent with your tracking number.

Do you combine shipping?Yes, we always combine shipping for your purchase when the items are purchased together in one transaction.

How can I track my package?Once your item has been shipped, we will send you an email containing your shipping reference number. You can then use this number to track your package through Australia Post.

Do you do international orders?We unfortunately do not process international orders at this time.
