Yes! Our showroom is located in Griffin, Brisbane. Visits are by appointment only and can be made through contacting us or through our social pages. We do recommend if you have your dress, colour swatch or offcuts of your dress to bring it with you, as we do have multiple shades of each style veil.

All our product stock levels are up to date on our site and will be available for shipment within 2-3 business days. If an item you're interested in is currently out of stock, we typically receive new stock shipments every 2-4 weeks. We recommend ordering your veil once you've chosen your wedding dress.Ideally, order at least 2–3 months before your wedding so you have plenty of time to try everything together.If your wedding is sooner, don't worry—we dispatch orders from Brisbane within 24–48 hours, and Express Post is available at checkout.

Yes. If your veil has light creases from shipping, we recommend hanging it for a day or two before your wedding. For more stubborn creases, use a garment steamer on a low setting while keeping the steamer slightly away from the tulle. Never allow the hot plate to touch the veil directly. Please do not use an Iron on any of our veils.
